‘Motion is Lotion’.

My approach is to help you with some “first aid” when you need it, with hands on manual therapy. Then, as soon as it is appropriate, to help you get your mobility and strength back with simple exercises.  By helping you understand your problem, we can then devise a longer term strategy to help you manage things.

Richie Norton AKA The Strength Temple shows you a quick desk stretch that takes < 5 minutes. He’s a lovely chap too - check out his book ‘Lift Your Vibe’ on Amazon and Audible. I shared a green tea with him at the book’s launch in 2021 and he’s a top follow on all social media platforms..

If you're doing any form of exercise on all fours or your hands - Pilates, Yoga, Animal Flow, or doing pull-ups, you need an adequate wrist warm up. Its also perfect for desk workers on keyboards and devices all day. Here's the best routine that I have found, from my own movement coach and inspiration, David Tilston Movement (also an essential follow on social media).
